THE AREA There are several significant developments in the area that will boost traffic to the mall, especially North/South along Moodie drive. DND on Nortel Campus – This is by far the most significant development – 8,500 DND employees over the next four years, with the bulk coming in the next 2 years.General Dynamics expansion – This is the main Ottawa office for general dynamics Canada, they are expanding from 17,000 feet to 65,000 feet.
