Positions: ____ President: leads executive board meetings, develops meeting agendas, maintains strong relationship with athletic administrators, players a key role in fundraising. _____ Vice President: assists the president with membership meetings, manages details for road trip games and outside events, receives and maintains proposals for the student section, oversees Homecoming week activities. _____ Treasurer: manages budget and accounts, keeps record of transactions, aids in developing fundraising initiatives _____ Social Media Correspondent (3 positions): creates and posts content on Purple Mayhem social media platforms, plans marketing schemes for events. _____ Membership Director: assists with all member-specific events, maintains membership database, expands organization outreach, manages logistics of membership material pick-ups and student organization fairs, maintains and distributes minutes of club meetings, records attendance, maintains all records, files and details of Purple Mayhem.
