The proposals were evaluated by an evaluation committee. Using the evaluation criteria established in the RFP, the committee selected the top ranked firm to enter into negotiations with the intent to award a contract to AutoZone. The City of Las Vegas, NV, National IPA and AutoZone successfully negotiated a contract and the City of Las Vegas executed the agreement on June 19, 2012 with a contract effective June 19, 2012.

Contract includes: Automotive parts, related equipment and services Term: Initial one year agreement from June 19, 2012 through June 18, 2013, with option to renew for four (4) additional one-year periods through May 31, 2017. Pricing/Discount: 50% discount off list price published on Autozonepro.com. On a daily basis, AutoZone’s “best pricing logic program” automatically calculates the percent-off discount against any regional or national promotion pricing programs. If the promotion pricing offer provides a lower price than the catalog’s normal discount pricing plan, the agency receives the lower of the two prices.
