BOOTH INFORMATION & COST $750.00 includes one 8x10 space with a 6x30 draped table, 2 chairs; 2 Opening Banquet tickets and 2 Luncheon tickets $1200.00 includes two 8x10 spaces with two 6x30 draped tables, 2 chairs; 3 Opening Banquet tickets and 3 Luncheon tickets $50.00 Badge charge per Representative over the allotted listed in #1 and #2 $35.00 Per Meal per Representative over the allotted listed in #1 and #2 Setup Friday, June 22, 7:00 a.m.-12:00 noon Exhibit Hall open Friday, June 23 - 1:00-5:30 pm & Saturday, June 24, 7:15 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. Tear down Saturday, June 24 at 3:00 p.m. 110v electricity provided by hotel Special electrical needs are the financial responsibility of the vendor and should be coordinated with the hotel prior to the conference Conference attire is casual Door Prizes - TREA welcomes any Exhibitor who would like to “Donate” a door prize. Donated door prizes should be turned in at the TREA registration table upon arrival with a business card attached. These prizes will be awarded at the Friday Opening Banquet, Saturday Luncheon.
