Hotel Accommodations A discounted room rate of $199 per night has been negotiated with the hotel for all conference attendees and exhibitors. This rate is available until Monday, Sept 26. Registration To ensure that we have a badge waiting for you and/or your colleagues, please be sure to register for the event. To register yourself or your colleagues for the complimentary passes you received as part of your exhibit package, or to purchase additional full conference passes, please visit the Exhibitor Portal HERE. Exhibit Space Your exhibit space is 6’ wide and 8’ deep. You will be provided with one 6’ x 30” draped table and one chair. In order to ensure continuity and fairness in the Exhibit Area, please plan ahead for this space.
