Cutting for the Mini Ten Spinner is a bit different than other projects. To economize on fabric we're first going to cut a 21" strip of Background fabric into two pieces. One is 21" x 14" and the remainder is 21" x 26" (or wider depending on your fabric width). The 21" x 14" piece will not be cut further, but the 21" x 26"+ piece will be cut into strips. The Accent fabric is also cut into sections in the same manner as the Background fabric as shown below.

Trace the lines for the accent strips onto your Ten Degree Mini tool. (page 2)

Be sure you've added True Grips or tape to your tool to keep it form slipping

Sew the six wedges together. Make six units.

Mark your Ten degree Mini tool with glow tape or a marking pen. Use the markings to align your wedge cuts.

Don't be overly concerned if they aren't perfect as seam allowances vary. Since nothing has to match (YEAH), it's not as critical.

Sew the six units together to make a circle.

Applique a six inch circle to the center of the circular quilt.

Layer. Quilt. Bind.
