Entries: (Note: high entries may require split classes) a. On Line Entries: www.equestrianentries.co.nz (Postal entries only accepted by prior arrangement with Secretary). b. Classes 1-6: Riders need to be full ESNZ members. First year of Full Membership is FREE for new members. c. Classes 3-7: Horses not registered with ESNZ may enter under ESNZ Casual Equine Registration. d. Class 8: Horses entered do not require ESNZ registration. Riders require Community Membership (Free). e. Bank Account for internet banking: 03-0687-0318743-00, Eventing Wairarapa. f. Entries, including fees must be received by the Secretary by midnight Sunday 13th November. Entries and/or Fees received after this time, if accepted, at Secretary’s discretion, will incur a $20 late fee & will not be refundable. g. Draw will be posted on www.eventingwairarapa.co.nz and www.equestrianentries.co.nz from Wed 16 Nov. h. All riders from the Wairarapa Area MUST provide name and phone number for a helper for either pre-event, during or post event help. Entries will not be accepted without this name. i. Refunds: ENZ Rules - Article 646 applies: Entry fee less 20% refunded, provided that scratching in writing received by Secretary by 9am Thursday 17th November 2016. Refunds under $10 will not be paid. General Event Conditions: a. Run under current ESNZ Eventing Rules. b. Back number holders are required for all phases. Body protectors compulsory for XC. ESNZ Helmet rules apply. c. Prize money will be paid out at a ratio 1:5 starters but may be substituted with sponsor’s prizes to the value or part thereof. d. The Organising Committee reserves the right to alter the programme as required. e. Liability: Article 610: Neither the Organiser of any event to which these rules apply nor the NF nor any agent, employee or representative of these bodies accepts any liability for any accident, loss, damage, injury or illness to horses, owners, riders, spectators, land, vehicles, their contents and accessories or any other personal property whatsoever whether caused by their negligence, breach of contract, or in any other way whatsoever. f. No Dogs. Elimination of relevant rider, if this request is ignored. g. Refreshments, Farrier and Equine physio available on grounds.
Approx Timetable: Sat 19th: All Dressage & SJ classes 4, 5, 6, 7 & 8. Sun 20th: XC and SJ (classes 1 -3), 9am start. Prize giving: Unmounted, in SJ attire at conclusion of event.
