Classes 5, 6, & 7: need to be an introductory ESNZ member, or pay a casual membership of $10 per event. c. Classes 1, 2, & 3: horses must be registered with ESNZ and have the appropriate start for the level competing. All riders from the Wairarapa Area MUST provide name and phone number for a helper for either pre-event, during or post event help. Entries will not be accepted without this name. k. Refunds: ENZ Rules - Article 646 applies: Entry fee less 20% refunded, provided that scratching in writing received by Secretary by 9am Thursday 17th November 2017. Refunds under $10 will not be paid.

ESNZ Helmet rules apply. c. Prize money will be paid out at a ratio 1:5 starters but may be substituted with sponsor’s prizes to the value or part thereof for classes 1-4. 5-8 will be prizes in kind. d. Veterinary care – Article 637 e. Farrier – on call f. Reservation of Right – Article 611 The Organizing Committee reserves the right to alter the programme as required. g. Liability: Article 610: Neither the Organiser of any event to which these rules apply nor the NF nor any agent, employee or representative of these bodies accepts any liability for any accident, loss, damage, injury or illness to horses, owners, riders, spectators, land, vehicles, their contents and accessories or any other personal property whatsoever whether caused by their negligence, breach of contract, or in any other way whatsoever. h.
