Reduce intersection size and tighten intersection geometry Shorten pedestrian crossing distances and widen crosswalk areas Better align Washington Boulevard and Wilson Boulevard Upgrade traffic signals Install New Carlyle streetlights Provide wider center medians at all crossings Close N. Irving Street next to Silver Diner, add a green streets element Adds curb extensions at Liberty Tavern and Old Sam’s Deli corner Adds bike lanes to improve bike lane connections New Street trees
