Fast Pitch Memorial Day Tournament May 27, 28, 29, 2017 TEAM REGISTRATION
Registration deadline is 2 weeks prior to tournament start date. Schedules will be set 1 week prior to start date. Only standby registration will be accepted after the 2 week deadline. There will be no refunds once the team registration fee is paid, unless the tournament in which you are entered is cancelled due to weather or some other unforeseen circumstance. Registration forms received without the entry fee WILL NOT BE PROCESSSED. Team roster sheet and signed Hold Harmless are due on or before May 20, 2017.
