Feb. 23, 2017 Mark your calendars! ★ Feb. 21st - March 2nd: Middle School/High School book fair ★ Feb. 25 - Pre-Tryout Cheer clinic (forms in office) ★ Feb. 27 & 28 - ACT Testing for Juniors ★ Feb. 28 - Band Concert @ 7:00 ★ March 2 - School will dismiss at 1:00 ★ March 2 - Parent Teacher Conferences (1:30 - 7:00) ★ March 3 - Professional development (No school for students) ★ March 13-17 - cheer practice & tryouts ★ March 17 - Local and Power Plant scholarships due ★ March 20 - 24 - SPRING BREAK! "Flash Cash" Day Thursday, March 2 only. Order and pay with cash or checks at Parent-Teacher Conference at all schools $50 for 2017 yearbook or $55 with name. Beginning March 3, the 2017 yearbook will be $55 or $60 with embossed name. Cheer Pre-Tryout Clinic- February 25, 8:30-12:30 Elementary Cafeteria $10

Tryouts will be the week of March 13-17. Panther Pride 5K Color Run: Mark your calendars for the 8th Annual Panther Pride 5K Color Run! The Color Run is scheduled for Saturday, April 22 at 8:00am. More information coming soon!
Seniors: Don’t forget to apply for The Magnet Cove Generating Plant Scholarship. See the scholarship page for more information.
Seniors: A Native American Scholarship Award for $500 is available in the counselor’s office. juniors: The ACT state testing will take place Feb. 27 & 28. Please make every effort to be in school those days. An information meeting will be held Friday 2/24 with Mrs. Smith and Mr. Eskola. sophomores & juniors: Baptist Health in Arkadelphia will host a two week summer enrichment program June 12-23. See Mrs. Smith for details.
-Create your own SUPERHERO- Use your imagination and create your own Superhero. It has to be school appropriate, non copyrighted, lots of details, sketch or 3D is allowed, and stick to red, yellow, and blue color scheme. This is due March 7th, and the best ones will be put in the yearbook! Good luck!!
