What I Did

SESSION 1-6 • T4-P4 at the lowest frequency of 0.01 mhZ (that was the lowest that we had at the time). • Due to the violence and aggression I didn't titrate the frequency but went straight to the lowest. • Parents noticed changes after the 2nd session with improved sleep (not waking up early), less bruxism, and calmer. • By session 4, parents noticed more empathy and better behavior in school (not stealing from classmates). • During session 5 and 6, became "goofy" disinhibited so add Fp2 for 6 minutes upfront. • Less disinhibited after adding in Fp2 but started to act a little dissociative and hypoglycemic. • Added in T3-T4 upfront for 6 minutes for next couple of sessions.

What I Did

SESSION 1-6 CONT. • After 2 sessions with T3-T4 lost some gains and regressed to stealing again and acting disruptive. • Dropped T3-T4 and did a sandwich protocol with T4-P4 and Fp2-T4. • Parents reported that this was the best week on record. AT SESSION 16 • Parents reported there was an 80% improvement (more empathetic and affectionate) • Big gains in gross motor coordination.

What I Did

AT SESSION 25 • Added in T4-O2 to see if any further improvement. • Parents reported that empathy appeared to come online 100% and was starting to treat sibling with tenderness, and affection and told parents that she loved them and missed them (something that they had never heard before.) AT SESSION 60 • Started to lose some gains and acting irritable, so I added T3-T4 upfront which resulted in mood stabilization and returned to previous gains. • Recently tried T4-T6 which resulted in irritability so we took it out. • Also, tried one session at 0.009 mHz to test new lower range and that resulted in a regression which was quickly resolved in going back to original frequency.

What I Did

CURRENTLY • Protocol is T3-T4, T4-O2, Fp2-T4 and T4-P4 at 0.01 mHz. • Her parents are now training with me to help relieve the secondary PTSD of living through the upheaval in their household.

Outcome / Re-assessment

Lessons Learned

Even though this child was not adopted nor had any known trauma, she presented with severe developmental trauma symptoms. She also needed T3-T4 for mood stabilization but could not tolerate it until session #60.
