ELIGIBLE PERSONS: Participants, including volunteers and staff, performing their normal duties at a ‘covered activity’

COVERED ACTIVITIES: Approved and/or sanctioned events of USA Fencing, organized and supervised practices held in conjunction with an approved and/or sanctioned event, any member or organization’s activities that are either directly or indirectly related to USA Fencing’s operations or for which USA Fencing has an insurance interest. USA Fencing member participation in recognized high school fencing events, where a recognized high school fencing event is defined as a high school fencing event that is signed off on by the USA Fencing Division Chair and for which individual USA Fencing member fencers receive performance based ratings COVERAGE SUMMARY: Nationwide will pay excess over any amount paid or payable any other insurance plan or union welfare plan, or prepayment arrangement, any federal, state or other governmental plan or law whether provided on an individual basis or by membership in an association whether insured or uninsured, incurred as a result of any one accident up to the maximum benefit indicated and subject to the deductible.
