Field Guide for First Prospect Step One – Make Phone Call (See Page 2) As soon as you receive your first prospect, make an outbound phone call to confirm that you have received their request and to schedule the first appointment.
Step Two – Send Email (See Page 3) Send an email to confirm the appointment – or introduce yourself if you were not able to reach them with the first phone call.
Step Three – Continue the Sales Process Or Make 3-5 Phone Calls and send 3-5 emails over the course of 14 days Continue the sales process outlined in the TFA Member binder that was sent to you in the mail. If you’re not able to reach the prospect, continue to call and email over the course of 14 days.
Step Four – Send letter in the mail along with lead blueprint (See Page 4) If you’re still not able to reach them by day 10, send them a letter in the mail along with the prospect information form that they filled out online and that was emailed to you by TFA. Is now a good time to talk? Okay great. First, I want you to know I’m not here to sell you anything. …I’m excited to talk to you because I just helped a client use this tool to start building their wealth with no risk in the market, create great tax advantages, start to pay themselves interest instead of banks and lenders. PLUS, they are building a passive income that won’t be taxed! I’m here to help you understand how the 101 plan works help answer any questions you may have, , and see if it’s a good fit for you, because (and this is something most advisors won’t tell you) it’s not for everyone.
