No Equipment Home Workouts Bodyweight Workouts for Men & Women in Their 50's, 60's and 70's. Note: If the workout is too hard for you, simply cut it back to 1 round. If it’s too easy, then double the number of rounds you do.

MONDAY 10 Jumping Jacks 10 Bodyweight Squats 5 Pushups From Your Knees 10 Toe Touches (10 per foot) Repeat circuit 3 times

TUESDAY 2 minutes stair walking 10 Mountain Climbers 15 seconds bear crawl  20 seconds bicycle abs Repeat circuit 2 times

WEDNESDAY 10 bodyweight squats 20 seconds arm circles 20 second plank 20 second high knees Repeat circuit 3 times

THURSDAY 10 wood choppers (each side) (no weight needed) 10 toe touches (each side) 20 jumping jacks 5 lying leg raises Repeat circuit 3 times

FRIDAY 2 minutes stair walking (up and down) 7 pushups (from knees or regular) 10 glute bridges (from floor) Repeat circuit 2-3 times

SATURDAY & SUNDAY Rest
