Nestled in 700 acres of breathtaking natural woodlands, Heartwood Conference Center & Retreat is the perfect destination for discovering the beauty of north‐ western Wisconsin while enjoying the inviting accommodations of the wilderness paradise in a resort setting. The cost of the retreat includes: activities, all meals, breaks, and lodging. Heartwood also offers a number of indoor and outdoor activities. How rooms are assigned Heartwood offers different types of lodging to meet your needs, however please remember that we have a large group and requests will be taken as they are received. In other words, it’s first come, first served. A word about cottages and duplex accommodations Although some rooms have bunk beds, only one person will be assigned to each bunk room. Whenever possible, couples will be given a queen‐sized bed. Although duplexes and cottages have private bedrooms, there is a shared bath. Therefore, we will typically restrict the groups to either men or women. So get a group of your friends together and book a duplex or cottage. Eagle Lodge Hotel: Single ‐ $400; Double ‐ $315 Overlooking beautiful Hoinville Lake, Eagle Lodge Hotel contains 52 guestrooms, each including their own private deck or patio, and some even have the option of their own kitchenette. These rooms go quickly, so don’t delay. First come, first served. View photos. Cottages: Double bed ‐ $315; Twin bed—$295 Five two‐bedroom cottages are located on the western shore of Hoinville Lake. There's sleeping space for three individuals or two couples ‐‐ one bedroom with a queen bed and the second with two twin beds. Cottages also feature a fully equipped kitchen and air conditioning in each unit. View photos. Pine Village Duplexes: Queen bed ‐ $295; Bunk bed ‐ $265 Each duplex features four bedrooms, three with two sets of twin bunk beds and one with a queen bed ‐‐ accommodating up to seven individuals.
