Financial Policy It is customarily the responsibility of the church, association, or sponsoring entity to provide for the travel, meals, and lodging for conference leaders, plus an honorarium. The honorarium is determined on the basis of the number of sessions led by the leader(s). The Pastor, committee chairman, or coordinator of the conference will make the determination as to the amount of the honorarium. The conference leaders would be glad to provide information on how honorariums have been determined in other conferences. Under no circumstances should cost for conference leaders be a deterrent from organizing and conducting a PastorDeacon Ministry Conference. This is very much a faith ministry for which the Lord provides.
