Location Litchborough is a small picturesque village in rural Northamptonshire with many attractive properties sitting just 4 miles north west of Towcester. Description The property is of a classic chapel design of stone walls, shaped windows, balcony and with a slate roof. The church dates from 1862.There is a semi detached hall of brick construction to the side dating from 1920’s. Many original features are retained. The church has recently closed and is now available in anticipation that conversion for residential use is likely; planning permission will be required and will be the responsibility of the purchaser. To the front of the site is an open space that we understand had been the site of two cottages that were demolished in 1960’s. No surveys or ground reports are available from the vendor.
