FOSPA Disco Arrangements - Friday 9th December 2016 Disco 1 (3:30 to 4:15)
Disco 2 (4:45 to 5:45)
Disco 3 (6:15 to 7:15)
Nursery, Reception and Year 1 children will be brought straight to the hall from class Parents/carers do not need to collect their children at 3:20pm if they are going to the disco Only official parent helpers to stay for the disco Collection of children is via the door at the bottom of the car park. Please make your way to the playground through this entrance. Nursery children will be dismissed from the Nursery Reception children will be dismissed from Reception classes Year 1 will be dismissed from their classrooms Parents to leave via the gate in the playground All children/parents to leave via the After School Club gate which is located in Longfield Avenue. Directions will be given on the night. Children to be dropped off at the door at the bottom of the car park (not before 4:40pm). Only official parent helpers to stay for the disco Collection of children is via the door at the bottom of the car park. Please make your way to the playground through this entrance. Year 2 children will be dismissed from the Reception playground. Please make your way to the covered Reception playground through the Servery. Year 3 children will be dismissed from the normal Year 4 exit in the playground (Cathedral entrance between the Year 1 classes) All children/parents to leave via the After School Club gate which is located in Longfield Avenue. Directions will be given on the night. Children to be dropped off at the door at the bottom of the car park (not before 6:10pm). Year 4 children will be dismissed from the Reception playground. Please make your way to the covered Reception playground. Year 5 will be dismissed from their normal exit in the playground. For Discos 2 and 3, if your child is being dismissed from the Reception playground, a member of staff will direct you where to go. Please do not take your child until their names have been called. Please then exit via the After School Club gate which is located in Longfield Avenue and accessible from the playground. Directions will be given at the end of each disco.
If your child is being dismissed from their normal exit in the playground, please enter playground using the door at the bottom of the car park. Please do not take your child until their name is called by a member of staff. Please then exit via the After School Club gate which is located in Longfield Avenue. This is accessed via the playground. There will be staff to show you where to go.
If your child is being collected by another parent/carer, please inform the School Office morning in writing. We will not hand children over to any other parent/carer without authorisation.
