2017 Frankenmuth Football Camps
TRADITION PRIDE EXCELLENCE Football Reminders: 4th - 6th Grade Youth Camp is July 10th (cost $20) @ 10:00 am -1:00 pm at the High School 7th - 9th Grade Youth Camp is July 11th (cost is $20) @ 10:00 am - 1:00 pm at the High School Varsity Mini Camps are June 20th & 21st 8:00 am - Noon (Grades 9-12) Varsity Camp Team Camp is July 26th - July 28th. 8:00 am to Noon (cost for all is $25) Frankenmuth Varsity Combine is July 25th 8:00 am. Hots and Brats is August 6th in the High School Cafeteria @ 6:00pm. The first day of Practice for 9th thru 12th Grade is August 7th @ 3:30 pm - 8:00 pm. Physicals - Are needed before the first day of practice. August 12th - Practice, Media Day, Steak Out - Begins @ 8:00 am at the H.S. August 17th - Scrimmage at Goodrich August 24th - First Varsity Game @ Bay City Central

Camp Instruction Includes Youth Camps will focus on the basics of football. Every player will get an opportunity to experience every position, with a mini team session at the end. It is suggested that each player wear tennis shoes, shorts and a T-shirt. 7th - 9th grade camp will focus on season prep teaching position specific technique. The camp will work both offensive and defensive skills that will be run during their season. Students will have position and team sessions. It is suggested that each player wear cleats, shorts and a T-shirt. Varsity Camps will be a team camp where players will work by position and team. All players will need a helmet, mouth piece, football shoes, and wear shorts and a T-shirt. Instruction at all camps will be provided by the Frankenmuth Football staff, players and other area coaches. .
