GALAXY SC SUMMER CAMP SERIES The Galaxy SC Summer Camp Series, is a 2-session a day camp where players learn technical and tactical skills that will help in their overall soccer development. The camp will break down the technical and tactical aspects of training and playing 3v3, 7v7 and 9v9 formations. These formations have building structures to the full 11v11 field. The game will be broken down to teach the integral parts that lead to the larger game. EACH CAMP IS LIMITED TO THE FIRST 40 ENTRIES.
CAMP STRUCTURE The camp will have a morning session and an evening session. In the morning, players will develop their technical skills with the ball, functionally train and tactically train 3v3, 7v7, 9v9. Players will learn how to attack and defend in those formations. In the evening session, players will play a tournament in the formation in which the players trained that morning. This will give them the opportunity to use the techniques and tactics shown in the morning sessions and incorporate them into the games in the evening.

GALAXY SC GOALKEEPER SCHOOL The Galaxy SC Goalkeeper School is designed to be an intense camp experience in which participants have the opportunity to improve their abilities as a goalkeeper. Through the important technical & tactical skills taught at the school, they will learn valuable aspects of goalkeeping. Players will be grouped by age and ability. Teams will be adjusted after each game based on player performance. Player stats will be recorded in order to award a Golden Boot Award as well as the Most Influential Player Award at the end of the six weeks of play. GALAXY SC GOALKEEPER SCHOOL The Galaxy SC Goalkeeper School is designed to be an intense camp experience in which participants have the opportunity to improve their abilities as a goalkeeper. Through the important technical & tactical skills taught at the school, they will learn valuable aspects of goalkeeping. The goalkeeper school services basic goalkeeping to the most advanced Division 1 college players. The 5v5 futsal model will be used to encourage players to develop the essential soccer skills of first touch, protecting, the ball under pressure, passing, attacking on the dribble, and movement off the ball. Players will be grouped by age and ability. Teams will be adjusted after each game based on player performance. Player stats will be recorded in order to award a Golden Boot Award as well as the Most Influential Player Award at the end of the six weeks of play. Please bring a ball, shin guards and water bottle.

Summer 2015 Sports Performance Training PROGRAM 1: Summer Pass Tuesdays and Thursdays $250 for 16 sessions!! Runs 6/9 – 8/6 2015 (no sessions week of July 4th) 10:30am – 12:00pm (U9-U11) 12:00pm – 1:30pm (U14-U18) U12-U14 can pick either session (2nd session is slightly more intense) *45 minutes with Rachel (plyometrics, flexibility & core) and 45 minutes with JT (Speed, Agility, & soccer specific training) **Max enrollment is 30 players and includes FREE T-shirt Speed – Acceleration, Running Form and Fast Footwork Exercises Agility – Balance and Coordination – Lateral + Medial Movement Techniques Quickness – Reaction Exercises, Start and Stop Quick Feet Exercises – Plyometric Training Flexibility – Improved by various forms of Static and Dynamic Stretching Injury Prevention - Achieved through Strengthening and Stabilizing Exercises
