Participants: Grades 4-8 in the Fall of 2015 - minimum of 10 participants required - Cost: $40 per camper - All participants will receive a North Hills Club Softball T-shirt and an end of camp pizza party. - Instruction will be provided by North Hills Club Softball Coaches and Varsity/JV players - Special focus will be on the fundamentals: throwing, fielding, base-running, sliding and hitting. - The fundamentals taught will be for players regardless of their focus (fast pitch or slow pitch) Coordinator of North Hills Club Softball: Ed Vesely

I hereby approve of my daughter’s attendance/participation in the North Hills Girls’ Softball Camp. I certify that she is in good health and able to participate in all activities. If you are unable to reach me, I authorize the directors to act on my behalf according to their best judgment in any emergency requiring medical attention for which service I will pay. I hereby waive and forever release North Hills Girls’ Club Softball Boosters, its officials, camp staff, sponsors, associated personnel (WVRAA officials) from all liability for any injuries or illnesses incurred while at the camp. Please attach a note explaining any physical limitations, medical conditions, and or required medication.
