Note 1 A game will be considered official if the home team, while leading, is batting in the bottom 1/2 of the prior inning.

Number of innings in a full game. Refer to specific league rules for rainout situations. Extra-inning games will only be played in the following situations: 1) After local schools have dismissed for the summer, 2) Games played on a weekend or 3) Postseason tournament. During the regular season, only one extra inning will be played, Note 2 starting with a base runner occupying second base. During post season, each inning will begin with runner on 2nd until a winner is decided.

A bat must be clearly identified by stamp or seal as being sanctioned by at least one of the following baseball governing bodies; Little League International, USSSA, Pony, Cal Ripken, Dixie Youth, Babe Ruth League, NFHS or Baseball Players Association. A bat that is not clearly marked with 1) a BPF of 1.15 and 2) sanctioning body stamp or labeled as BBCOR certified will be considered an illegal bat. Teams having 1 player less than required must take an out. Teams with 2 less 10 minutes after assigned game start time must forfeit.

Runner's feet cannot pass chalk line at 1st or 2nd. Line set at 5 ft in Mustang National & 7 ft. in Bronco. A traditional lead is allowed at 3rd, but no straight stealing.

Note 6 Runner @ 3rd can only advance on wild pitch, passed ball, overthrows from catcher to pitcher, defensive team attempts a play on any runner. Note 7

Note 8 The first number is the total number of innings to be played prior to both local school systems being dismissed for summer. Immediately following school closing for summer, games will be extended to second number.
