4 Year Old Fall Soccer 2017 All Teams Will Meet at 5:30 For The Clinic 1. All games will be played at the Garland Elementary School. 2. No sliding, free kick from spot of the foul unless foul is within ten feet of the goal, free kick must be at least fifteen feet from goal, opposing teams players must leave a ten foot buffer between kicker and players. Same rule applies for start and restart of play. 3. Three players from each team on the field at the same time, no goalies. 4. There shall be 4 six minute quarters with a two minute break between quarters, and a five minute break for halftime. 5. Shin guards are required. 6. Rain out games are not guaranteed to be made up. . 7. No jewelry. 8. Remember this is meant to be fun and instructional, not competitive, please explain infractions, be helpful, and once again have fun. 9. No front cleats if wearing cleats. 10. Practice times are up to the coaches. Focus on basics like, overhead throw ins, passing, and no hands. 11. Start of game and after each quarter will start with center kick, each team gets two. 12. First team listed is home team and provides ball. 13. The first week will be an instructional week before playing games. Everyone will meet at Ball diamond and teams will be split from there for drills.
