After Ken completed his military service he returned to American Trap. This was an exciting time for Ken. He soon married Jeanie Robertson Almond and together they started a family. They had four children, Scott Robertson, Shellee Robertson Enfinger, Chelsea Robertson Vinson, and Christi Robertson Taylor. The early 80's brought a "New" game to America. Sporting Clays. Ken instantly loved the new clay target game. Although he had recently been diagnosed with Leukemia. He shot in the competition to declare a team to represent the USA in England and won the Captain spot on the first US team invited to England to shoot the world games.
