Get liquid measuring cup. Get marinade. Get fork. Get meat. Get 2 sealable plastic bags. Get a clean liquid measuring cup, the marinade, a clean fork, the meat, two 1 gallon size (or larger) disposable, sealable plastic bags.

Measure marinade. Using the liquid measuring cup, measure the amount of marinade you need according to the recipe.

Put meat into bag. Using the fork, carefully put the meat into one of the plastic bags.

Pour marinade. Using the liquid measuring cup, carefully pour the marinade into the bag with the meat.

_______5. Seal bag. Using your hands, completely seal the plastic bag with the meat in it. Check the instructions on the product box for detailed instructions about how to seal the plastic bag. _______6. Wash and dry hands. Wash and dry your hands. Raw meat may carry harmful bacteria that can cause serious illness. _______7. Put bag into bag. Put the sealed bag with the meat and marinade, into the second plastic bag. This is a precautionary step so no juices will leak out. _______8. Seal bag. Using your hands, completely seal the second plastic bag. _______9. Spread marinade in bag. Using your hands, spread the marinade around so that it covers all of the meat. _______10. Put bags into refrigerator. Put the plastic bags into the refrigerator to allow the marinade to fully flavor and tenderize the meat. _______11. Turn bag. Turn the bag over at least once, and more if possible, while the meat is marinating in the refrigerator.
