We are truly blessed to have amazing people involved in this program, helping us each season to be better students, players, and citizens. Warrior Pride and Wayne State Volleyball go hand in hand—and for that we are truly grateful. Wishing you all a very Happy Thanksgiving! Warriors In Postseason For First Time since 2012 The 2016 Warrior Volleyball Season concluded on November 16th with a tough five set loss in the GLIAC tournament on the road. The 19 wins matched the highest total since 2009; The team finished the season ranked #7 in the Midwest Region— narrowly missing the NCAA Championship Tournament, and continuing to receive votes in the National poll The return of the Warrior Invitational was a success, with a clean sweep of all four matches—the team actually won BOTH pre-season events played in.
