LADIES ALIVE TICKET SWEEPSTAKES ELIGIBILITY: The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States 18 years of age or older. HOW TO ENTER: If you have purchase a ticket and register to attend a 2017 Ladies Alive event before Tuesday, October 3 at 11:59 pm CT, you will be entered to win a $250 gift card. Limit one entry per individual. No purchase of any kind is necessary to enter or win. Making a purchase will not increase your chances of winning. Void where prohibited by law. For alternative means of entry, mail in a three by five inch notecard with name, Distributor identification number, valid contact email, and name of Sweepstakes to Sponsor’s address. Mailed in entries must be received by October 3, 2017 to participate in the Sweepstakes. Limit one per individual. PRIZE DESCRIPTION: Nine winners will receive a $250 VISA gift card. Approximate retail value of each prize is $250. WINNER SELECTION: All eligible entries received by AdvoCare will be entered into the drawing associated with their city’s event, a total of nine drawings. Eligible alternate entries will be entered into the Dallas drawing. On or about October 6, 2017 one potential prize winner will be selected in nine random drawings. The potential prize winner will be notified by AdvoCare. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received for the Sweepstakes. NOTIFICATIONS/CLAIM PRIZE: Winners will be notified by the contact information provided on their Ladies Alive registration or entry on or about October 6, 2017. If the notification is returned as undeliverable or the winner fails to accept the prize within 24 hours, this will result in disqualification and an alternate winner may be selected by Sponsor from all remaining eligible entries. Winner must pick up prize in person at the Ladies Alive event in which they are registered. If alternate means of entry, then prize will be shipped.
