Honey, Ginger and Lemon Tea Ingredients • 1 C water • 1 inch piece of ginger root, peeled and roughly chopped • ½ lemon • 1 tsp honey Making it 1. Heat the water, ginger, lemon juice and honey in a pot on the stove or in a kettle. Strain the mixture into a mug.
