"Home Service 2015: Visiting friends in the USA Hi everyone, We have been in the US for 9 very hectic days now, and we wanted to send you a bit of an update. We were able to spend a few days with our children and grandchildren (and Bob's mom) just after arriving in New York. It was great to see all of them and have some very precious time together, though it was very short.

Gmail - Darmstadt Digest - Home Service Update
We then made our way to West Virginia, where we spend one night and the next morning visiting Bob's Dad and Mom at their apartment. They are doing so well there teaching Bible studies and ministering to the others in their building. Then we drove to Darmstadt, Indiana, where we spoke at The Remedy church, and went to a church bonfire and picnic on Sunday evening. On Monday morning, we met the pastor of another church in the village, and had a very nice tour of the church and discussion about the village and church history. We have been invited to speak at that church on our next visit to the US...

Gmail - Darmstadt Digest - Home Service Update
On Monday we drove to central Illinois, where we shared at a special service at Texas Christian Church, where Bob's brother, Scott is the pastor. This small church has been faithfully supporting the work in Darmstadt for 4 years. It was great to connect with them again. On Tuesday, we drove to Chicago, and visited with the staff at the Converge Worldwide office in that city. We had a very nice visit with people who work behind the scenes to make our mission and ministry possible.
Then, last night (Tuesday) we drove to Wisconsin, and are currently staying with Jim and Trish Powers, who visited us in Darmstadt in May. We will be using their home as our base of operations for the next three weeks as we speak at 6 churches and visit supporting friends in the area. Thanks for praying for us as we travel and share the vision of ministry in Darmstadt with new and old friends. Loving greetings to you all! Bob & Carol
