FIFTH GRADE SUPPLY LIST
2017-2018
Dear Parents /Guardians, In an effort to make bringing classroom supplies to school easier, we have spaced the dates that items are due. Please note that all supplies are due to the classroom no later than Wednesday, September 13th. These supplies are important to our classroom community as well as your child’s work in the classroom.
Due on Thursday, September 7th 2 Wire bound 3 subject notebooks with plastic folders - Math (BLUE) and ELA (GREEN) 6 sturdy folders in the following colors: Green, Yellow, Blue, Orange, Red and one of your choice 3 packages of #2 sharpened pencils (no mechanical pencils) 1 pencil case Due on Friday, September 8th $15 for Scholastic subscription and School Agenda (Please put money in a sealed envelope with child’s name) 4 marble notebooks- Social Studies, STEM, Test Prep and Writer’s Notebook Due on Monday, September 11th
1 pack of graph paper 1 package of thin dry erase markers 1 large Elmer glue stick
1 box of Crayola markers 1 pad of 3 X 3 Post-Its 1 scissor
Due on Tuesday, September 12th 2 packages of reinforced loose-leaf (1 for school, 1 for home), wide ruled preferred 2 rolls of Bounty Paper Towels 2 boxes of tissues 2 Clorox/Lysol Wipes 1 box of Crayola colored pencils 1 package of computer paper

Please have the following items available at home:
Ruler, markers, stapler, glue stick, loose-leaf, dictionary, pencils, flash drive Please be reminded that students will be required to do research at home. Please be sure to have access to a working printer with ink throughout the year.
Please follow the schedule for when supplies have to be in. Students will bring their own supplies to their classroom. WE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTING BAGS OF SUPPLIES THAT ARE DROPPED OFF TO THE OFFICE. We look forward to an amazing school year! ~ 5th Grade Teachers
