Discussion LOCAL ECONOMIES WORKING GROUP Facilitator: Ed Hale The Green Business Recognition Program is ready for implementation and has been endorsed by the Township’s Economic Development Committee. The Township will be purchasing certificates of recognition and window clings for participating businesses. ARTS & CREATIVE CULTURE WORKING GROUP Facilitator: Marianne Leone A Creative Team was established as a sub-committee of Sustainable Voorhees’ Green Team operating within the Arts & Creative Culture Working Group. GREEN DESIGN WORKING GROUP Facilitator: Judson Goldsborough The change in ordinance requiring a Green Development Checklist has been approved by Township Committee. LAND USE & TRANSPORTATION WORKING GROUP Facilitator: Ronda Urkowitz A Complete Streets Policy has been completed and provided to Township Committee for approval. WASTE MANAGEMENT WORKING GROUP Facilitator: Fredrik Khayati The Prescription Drug Safety and Disposal Action has been completed. INDEPENDENT WORKING GROUP Facilitator: None Valerie Brown is continuing work on Township’s fleet inventory.
