Gridiron Meeting Minutes – (Unapproved) June 25, 2016 Meeting called to order: 7:06 pm Attendees: Tim Keller, Coach Sleek, Phil Lamos, Mark Rudler, Tim Hanks, Teri Simpson, Justin Bruno, Melissa Nolan Minutes from last Meeting: Meeting minutes from May 18th reviewed and approved by Phil Lamos and Melissa Nolan Treasurer’s Report: Tim Keller provided treasurer report. Talked about PowerPay fees that were assessed during Mulch Sale in the amount of $224. Fees need to be reviewed to see if there is a lower cost solution. M.E. Shambaugh submitted final Reverse Raffle expenses to be reimbursed. We needed to spend $40 to correct a Mulch Sale complaint. Treasurer report approved by Justin Bruno and Teri Simpson. Old Business: -
Propose to spend $230 to purchase new workout bands for fitness room. (Majority approved). Discussed Gold Cards and how to get them out in the community. Tim Keller and Coach Bors has the cards. Burger-Fi fundraiser did not seem to be real successful. At this time, we do not have a dollar amount yet from Burger-Fi ownership.
Fundraisers: Stadium Grill – June 25th for Fitzgeralds (donate a basket / spirit wear); possible gift cards from Giant Eagle for food / gas for the family Mattress Sale – June 25th / 26th Chipotle: TBD Chik-Fil-A: TBD Golf Outing: July 29th Coaches Report: 7v7 in Mentor went well. Kirtland 7v7 @ Kirtland on Tuesday June 21st 7v7 in Geneva on July 18th 7v7 in Aurora on July 20th New Business: -
Mark Rudler presented new website and communication tool from League Athletics. May need to get records from Brubaker and others. Can sell T-Shirts and Hoodies through site. May need to move meeting during July 19th / 20th / 21st due to 7v7 tournaments.
