Directions 1. Mix together olive oil, vinegar and salt, toss with mushrooms. 2. Place asparagus and mushrooms on grill, for about 7-10 minutes 3. Remove from grill and cut asparagus into 1-2 inch segments and cube or thinly slice Portobello mushrooms 4.
