  We  have  organized  a  briefing  for  all  speakers  on  your  panel.  It  is  important  that  you  attend,  as   this  will  be  the  only  opportunity  to  discuss  the  session  with  fellow  panelists.  It  will  be  in  the   morning  of  Thursday  25  Sept  from  08:00  –  09:00  at  the  Speakers  rooms  (Ivy  Lounge  on   Garden  Level,  1st  Floor.  Breakfast  will  be  served).       Cocktail  Networking  Reception  

 

 

 

  We   will   be   organizing   an   evening   cocktail   networking   reception   for   all   participants  at   the   end   of   event.   We   very   much   appreciate   if   you   can   stay   throughout   the   day   and   attend   the   reception.

  Visa  and  Passport       The  purpose  of  your  intended  travel  and  other  facts  will  determine  what  type  of  visa  is   required  under  U.S.  immigration  law.  As  a  visa  applicant,  you  will  need  to  establish  that  you   meet  all  requirements  to  receive  the  category  of  visa  for  which  you  are  applying.  When  you   apply  at  a  U.S  embassy  or  consulate,  a  consular  officer  will  determine  based  on  laws,  whether   you  are  eligible  to  receive  a  visa,  and  if  so,  which  visa  category  is  appropriate.   Passport  valid  for  travel  to  the  United  States  -­‐  Your  passport  must  be  valid  for  at  least  six   months  beyond  your  period  of  stay  in  the  United  States  (unless  exempt  by  country-­‐specific   agreements).  If  more  than  one  person  is  included  in  your  passport,  each  person  who  needs  a   visa  must  submit  a  separate  application.     Visa  Application     Citizens   of   Canada   and   Bermuda:   Citizens  of  Canada  and  Bermuda  traveling  to  the  United   States  do  not  require  a  nonimmigrant  visa,  except  for  the  certain  travel  purposes.  Click  here   for  further  information       Visa   Waiver   Program   (VWP):   Participants  from  the  following  countries  do  not  need  a  visa  to   travel  to  United  States  of  America:     Andorra   Hungary   Norway   Australia   Iceland   Portugal   Austria   Ireland   San  Marino   Belgium   Italy   Singapore   Brunei   Japan   Slovakia   Chile   Latvia   Slovenia   Czech  Republic   Liechtenstein   South  Korea   Denmark   Lithuania   Spain   Estonia   Luxembourg   Sweden   Finland   Malta   Switzerland   France   Monaco   Taiwan   Germany   Netherlands   United  Kingdom   Greece   New  Zealand    

The  Visa  Waiver  Program  (VWP)  allows  citizens  of  participating  countries  to  travel  to  the   United  States  without  a  visa  for  stays  of  90  days  or  less,  when  they  meet  all  requirements   needed.  Travelers  must  be  eligible  to  use  the  VWP  and  have  a  valid  Electronic  System  for   Travel  Authorization  (ESTA)  approval  prior  to  travel.     For  more  information  on  the  requirements  for  using  the  Visa  Waiver  Program  (VWP),  please   click  here.       Visitor  Visa       You  can  apply  for  business  visitor  visa  (B-­‐1)  to  attend  conference,  meeting,  trade  show,  or   business  event  in  the  United  States.  For  more  information  on  how  to  apply  for  the  visitor  visa   please  click  here     • Learn  more  about  how  to  apply  for  a  business  visitor  visa  (B-­‐1).     • Check  on  visa  wait  times  for  an  interview  appointment.     • Locate  a  U.S.  Embassy  or  Consulate  worldwide:  find  out  how  to  pay  the  visa  application   fee,  make  an  interview  appointment,  and  learn  much  more.     Important  Note:  When  applying  for  a  visa,  you  will  need  to  meet  all  requirements  for  the  visa   for  which  you  are  applying.  The  consular  officer  at  the  U.S.  Embassy  or  Consulate  where  you   will  apply  for  your  visa  will  determine  eligibility  for  a  visa,  including  type  of  visa  required,   based  on  your  application,  interview,  individual  facts  presented,  and  on  U.S.  immigration  law.           If  you  require  assistance  for  an  official  invitation  letter,  please  email  [email protected]
