Haverford Township Little League Baseball Minor and Major Leagues Email: [email protected] Website: www.haverfordlittleleague.org HTLL offers Minors and Majors Baseball. 2018 Minors League The Minor League program is an instructional, competitive league dedicated to enhancing individual baseball skills and knowledge, providing friendly team competition, and promoting sportsmanship.
Ages 9-10, with the addition of some highly skilled 8 year olds as space permits. Returning and new 8 year olds will register as Machine Pitch and then will be invited to a player evaluation for possible selection to the Minors League. Plays on the upper field at the Karakung complex. Typically 18 games per season with 2 practices per week. All players receive uniforms. Playoffs and championship game in June.
2018 Majors League This Major League program is a competitive baseball division dedicated to enhancing individual baseball knowledge and skills combined with team tactics and strategy, providing higher level baseball competition, and promoting the Little League principles and sportsmanship for the youth of Haverford Township.
Ages 11-12, with the addition of some highly skilled 10 year olds as space permits. Plays on the lower field at the Karakung complex. Typically 18 games per season with 2 practices per week. All players receive uniforms. Playoffs and championship game in June.
