Dizzy Quilt/ Helpful Tips- (In the Strippy Stars Book) It has come to my attention that some of the graphics in the dizzy pattern were accidentally mirror imaged when it was printed and that left handers may interpret the directions differently than intended. Let’s see if we can clarifyI place the Strippy Stars Tool at the top of my block when marking the back of the squares so the back of my marked blocks, when marked on the right hand side, look like this. (Center pic) Once strips are added, the front of the blocks looks like the block on the right below.
This will result in rows that create pinwheels spinning like this:
Other people place the Strippy Stars Tool at the bottom of the square and mark the right hand side like this. (Center pic) Once strips are added, the front of the blocks look like the one on the right hand side below.

Which is correct? THEY BOTH ARE! As long as you are consistent and mark all of your squares in the same manner- either way works fine! The only difference will be in the direction that the pinwheel spins.
