SOWING AND GROWING

Sow in a propagator on a windowsill or in a greenhouse at approx, 15-20ºC (60-68ºF). Cover seeds with 6mm (¼") sieved compost. (Germination 7-16 days). Transplant seedlings when large enough to handle into 9cm (3") pots, grow on eventually planting outside or in a patio container. Mint can be invasive. It can be restricted by sinking an old pot or bucket into the soil and planting therein. Grows best in rich, moist soil in semi-shade.

HEALTHY EATING Said to be good for headaches and improves concentration. Quality Control: This seed has been carefully tested to ensure high germination. Prior to use, store in a dry cool place.
