See attached Tryout Schedule for team dates and times.

Which team/age group should I sign up for? 

 

Players who wish to try out for an older team (older than their age specific team), must try out for their age appropriate team as well as the older team they hope to participate with. Along with the Coaching committee, the Director of Coaching will determine whether a player wishing to 'play up' qualifies for the specific older team. See attached age group chart on the tryout flyer to see which age group your child should be trying out for. If you want to try out for two different age groups, we ask players to tryout out for your true age group the first week and the older age group the following week. You can also choose to attend both age group’s tryout each week if you would like too.

Most teams will have two tryout sessions at different dates and times. If you cannot make one of these tryouts, you need to email the coaching director Adam Clay to make other arrangements to get a separate assessment. Attending both tryouts will give you the best chance to be placed correctly. Tryout sessions and evaluation procedure will be organized and run by our director of coaching and professional training staff. Team placements are determined by director of coaching with input from independent evaluators and HSC coaches, trainers and staff.

U8 and U9 players will all placed on a travel team. U8 and U9 players will not be cut from travel soccer.
