Hexi Flower Fun! Quilt 13” x 52”
A little bit of handwork and a little bit of machine work come together to create this three-dimensional quilt. The hexagons are stuffed with batting and folded into stars then machine appliqued down on to a pre-quilted background. The effect is stunning!

Supplies Needed: Hexi Flower Fun! Pattern 24” long ruler Rotary Cutter and Mat Fabric marking pen or pencil Basic Sewing Supplies, Zig-zag foot, Walking Foot or even feed foot Thread to match Hexagon fabrics and background Fusible web for applique, * Optional- Applique pressing sheet * * Optional- Creative Grids Hexagon Trim Tool *
Fabric Requirements: Hexagons
Batting Background and binding.
1/3 yard of 11 different fabrics PREP WORK: Cut strips into 8-1/2” x width of fabric. Fold in half the long way and press to create a folded strip that measures 4-1/4” x width of fabric. crib size (approximately 45” x 60”) PREP WORK: Cut 5 strips 4” x 60”. Cut one strip 15” x 60” 1-1/2 yards PREP WORK: Cut two rectangles 15” x 55”. Cut along the length of the yardage to avoid seams.
