That which you are looking for is all around you. That which you desire you already have. The Guidance you want has been available your whole life. Choose to let go of that which separates you. Create a space for Spirit to enter and it shall be so.
Approaching Spirituality is always the opposite of how we are tempted to approach life. • Humanness: The more you acquire (things, knowledge) the better. • Spirituality: You were born with everything you need.
The importance of doing the ‘inner work:’ 1. By letting go of what you are not, you allow space for who you truly are to reveal itself. 2. By making space (peace, calmness), you allow Spirit to enter your being. 3. By being in the moment, you can participate in what is real.

1. Letting go of what you are not 1. “Most people don’t live their life. They live their reaction to life.” 2. Simply put, to become the soul that you are, let go. 3. Create the internal determination to let go of mind chatter.
Exercise 1: It all starts with a choice (Law of Free Will) • What would you rather have: Your opinion or the knowledge of Spirit? • Tell Spirit your intention.
Exercise 2: Who do you believe? What do you want to follow? • Do you want to believe and follow what’s in your head or what your soul and Spirit have in store for you? • Do you believe what others have taught you, or do you want to be who you are and to use what you were born with? • It starts with an intention. Tell Spirit your choice.

Exercise 3: Cliff jumpers anonymous • Can you fearlessly let go of what so many around you have said is important? • Faith, Trust, and Belief are your strongest weapons against the Ego. • Can you allow your soul to chose and be in control of the choice?
What does choice have to do with Spiritual development? For your Soul to overcome Ego, you need to start with the choice: each and every moment situation and thought. Which way will you go? • Do I choose to follow my thoughts or do I chose to surrender and wait for Guidance? • Do I choose to suffer and be in pain, or do I chose to do the inner work and let go of the illusion? • Do I choose the temptations of fashion, money, gossip, and drama, or do I recognize Ego and fight to live my unique life?

Why is choice so important? • We cannot fix you. You, with your Guidance, can bring yourself clarity, peace and happiness. • Spiritual development is a life long process. We’re giving you what’s most important to help you on your journey. • Spirit sees your intention. If you want Them in your life, hold that vibration. Don’t waver (or waver as little as possible).
Yes you can. • In my 60+ years of service, so many of my clients have been fearful. • Fear is the most important thought that will stop your spiritual development. • Fear is an illusion.
Homework: Spend the next week recognizing you have a choice every time you: • Make a decision. • Have a thought or mind chatter. • Become depressed or sad. • Become fearful.
