Holy Cross Kids Parent Guide
CLASSROOM MAP*
/ WELL CHILD POLICY We are only equipped to serve as a “well child” ministry. Please avoid bringing your child to the classroom with any of the following:
/ CHECK-IN When you arrive, you will find a check-in station in the kids classroom (see right). All kids (nursery - 5th grade) will be checked in at this kiosk. A kids ministry volunteer will be at the kiosk to help you. A sticky tag will print for each child being checked in. Please place this ticket on your child’s back. No child will be admitted into a classroom without a tag. You will also get a tag for yourself, to be used for pick-up purposes.
•A temperature of 100* or higher •Diarrhea, vomitting, or upset stomach •Any visible rash other than a diaper rash •Any drainage from the eyes, ears, or open sores •Nasal discharge that is either green or yellow •Extreme irritability or exhaustion •Head lice •Mouth sores •Persistent coughing or sneezing (allergy or asthmatic symptoms excluded) •If any member of the family contracts a contagious illness (i.e. pink eye, strep throat, head lice, chicken pox) •Any illness that prevents them from fully participating in classroom activities
