To all Holy Name High School Families and Friends, On Saturday evening, November 18, 2017, the Holy Name High School Athletic Boosters will be holding the annual “Night at The Races.” This is the Boosters' main fundraising event, with all proceeds benefiting the Holy Name athletic teams. Although your participation is optional, your support is greatly appreciated. We are asking families, friends and alumni to help support this event by attending an evening of fun. Tickets are available at $30.00 each. The ticket price includes entry to the event, a hot catered meal, beer, wine and soft drinks. You may also purchase horses, as there are 100 available for $15.00 each. The horse's name, along with the owner's name, will be listed in our program for that evening. The winning horse owner will receive a trophy and $50.00 to help celebrate the win! This event will be held in Holy Name's Auxiliary Gym (6000 Queens Hwy., Parma Hts., OH 44130). The doors will open at 5:30 p.m., with dinner at 6:00 p.m. and the races beginning at 7:00 p.m. Side boards and Chinese raffle baskets will also be available for your enjoyment. Attached please find two (2) tickets to the races. If you choose to attend, please fill out the ticket stubs with your name and phone number. Keep the bottom half for your admittance. Please complete the order form on the back of this letter to place your reservation and purchase your horses. Attach your ticket stubs to the completed order form along with your payment. The payment should include the event reservations and any horses purchased. Please remember to name your horses!! Return the completed form with your payment to Holy Name High School and mark it “Night at The Races” c/o Leah Patton. Space is limited so early returns are appreciated.
