This cute and simple table topper/wall hanging finishes at 44 x 44. You will need to have already received the Pattern for the Center Block. In addition to center, you will need to make/cut the following: Log Cabin Blocks: Using the instructions for the log cabin in the Center Block, you will need to make an additional twelve, 7-1/2 x 7-1/2 log cabin blocks. From the Background fabric you will need to cut: Two 2-1/2 x 16-1/2” strips Two 2-1/2 x 18-1/2” strips Two 7-1/2 x 6-1/2” rectangles Two 7-1/2 x 4-1/2” rectangles *Two 6-1/2 x 34-1/2” rectangles *Two 6-1/2 x 44-1/2” rectangles * Cut First From Binding Fabric: Cut five 2-1/4” x width of fabric strips. QUILT ASSEMBLY 1. Assemble the center block according to the instructions provided. Sew a 2-1/2” x 16-1/2” rectangle to the left and right side of the Center Block. Sew a 2-1/2” x 18-1/2” rectangle to the top and bottom of the Center Block. 2. Sew a log cabin block to the left and right side of a 7-1/2 x 6-1/2” rectangle. Repeat for a total of two. Sew to the left and right side of the unit assembled in step 1.

3. Sew a log cabin block to the left and right side of a 7-1/2 x 4-1/2” rectangle. Sew an additional log cabin block to each end. Repeat for a total of two. Sew these two units to the top and bottom of the unit assembled in step 2.

4. Sew a 6-1/2 x 34-1/2” strip to the left and right side of the unit assembled in step four. Sew a 6-1/2 x 44-1/2” strip to the top and bottom. COMPLETED!!!! Quilt and bind as desired!
