INTRODUCTION Broken makeup brushes are a common issue and can be expensive to replace. We have composed a simple 5 step guide on how to quickly fix a broken makeup brush. Prior to beginning the fast fix, be sure to plug in the hot glue gun for at least 5 minutes to allow it to reach adequate temperature.

Step 1 — How To Fix A Broken Makeup Brush
Remove excess glue on the handle and the base of the brush using a nail file.
Step 2
Use the hot glue gun to apply glue to the inside base of the brush where the handle is attached.
Be cautious of the high temperature of the glue and gun when handling.

Slowly place the brush head onto the handle and apply pressure for 15 seconds.
Remove excess glue from the brush using a paper towel.
