Step 1 — Battery



Remove the back cover by applying pressure and sliding upward.



Lift the back cover up and away from the phone.

Step 2



Remove the battery by lifting upward from the slot located on the right hand side.

Step 3 — SIM Card



Insert stylus into black slot and gentle pry SIM card out a little bit.



Slide out SIM card rest of the way with your finger.
