Powerful & Tough
The larger accumulator in the GT-Series Breaker creates higher impact force while minimizing impact vibration. This in turn reduces damage and wear to both machine and breaker. The simple but effective design of G-TEC Breakers make them easier on both excavators and fuel consumption. G-TEC Breaker chisels are now made from larger diameter sections for increased chisel life. The lower section of the box housing is made from tough, abrasion resistant material for use in harsh environments.

The oil flow design enables the correct impact force to be synchronized with the speed of each blow and the particular application, improving efficiency and saving you time.

Back Head Ass’y
Valve Ass’y The cylindrical control valve is located internally within the rock breaker.
Cylinder Ass’y
Piston
Kinetic energy of the piston is converted into hammering energy after hitting the tool. The hammering energy transmitted to the tool breaks rocks.
Front Head Ass’y The front head supports the whole breaker. The thrust ring and the thrust bush prevents shock from the tool.
JB Series (External Valve Type)
Back Head Ass’y
Valve Ass’y The cylindrical control valve is built in the valve housing and it controls piston reciprocation.
Accumulator Ass’y The accumulator compensates for pressure in the hydraulic circuit and prevents pulsation. It is not usually necessary to refill. Use N2-gas only.

Accumulator Ass’y Membrane-type accumulators assist with power stroke and provide protection against hydraulic impact while the sealed nitrogen minimizes and guarantees constant production.
