My talk will focus on employing paradigm shifts, integrity, and discernment to better relate to ƚŚŽƐĞLJŽƵǁŽƌŬǁŝƚŚĂŶĚƌĂŝƐĞƚŚĞďĂƌĨŽƌĞǀĞƌLJŽŶĞŝŶLJŽƵƌĐŽŵƉĂŶLJ͘͞
Brittany Layton Mitchell is a Mary Kay Senior Sales Direc-‐ tor. She started her business 11 years ago to earn an extra $100 a week. Within 8 months, she was earning more money working part-‐time as a Mary Kay Consultant than she was earning at her full-‐ƚŝŵĞũŽď͕ƐŽĂƚŚĞƌŚƵƐďĂŶĚ͛ƐƐƵŐŐĞƐƚŝŽŶƐŚĞ quit her job and made Mary Kay her career. She became a Sales Director 10 weeks later. ƌŝƚƚĂŶLJŚŽůĚƐĂĂĐŚĞůŽƌ͛ƐĚĞͲ gree in Broadcast Journalism from The University of Missis-‐ sippi, where she was a James Love Scholar. After graduation, she spent 11 years in television news working for ABC, NBC, and CBS affiliates in three states.
