DIRECTOR - PAT STANCO Pat Stanco begins his 14th season as the head coach of the Albright women's soccer teams in 2016. Throughout his 14 seasons with the Red and White, Stanco has guided the team on a path that has seen much success both in and out of conference play. Stanco has lead the women’s soccer team to the conference playoffs 4 times, including two trips to the ECAC playoffs. Stanco, who is a native of Union, NJ, where he was a four-year starter for Union High School. He earned multiple honors as a prep star, capped-off by being named Group 4 All-State as a senior. Stanco then went on to East Stroudsburg University, where he became a key member of the Warriors highly successful club. In 1998 he earned Second-Team All-PSAC honors, setting the stage for a phenomenal senior year in 1999. Stanco led the Warriors to an 18-3 record, a PSAC Championship, and a berth in the NCAA Tournament. He was named the PSAC Player of the Year a ThirdTeam All-American after scoring 20 goals, including a streak of 11 consecutive games with at least one goal scored to set a new school record. Stanco finished his career with 41 goals.

Named after Eugene Shirk, nationally recognized coach who, at the time of his passing, was the oldest college coach in the country. The stadium turf field, which was renovated in 2005, is modeled after a "circus maximus" (an ancient Roman arena). Home events can accommodate approximately 5,000 fans. The stadium is home to Football, Field Hockey, Soccer, and several additional sports teams.

ASSISTANT DIRECTOR - KHANH NGUYEN Khanh Nguyen is entering his 14th season as Assistant Women’s Soccer Coach at Albright College. Nguyen, who is a Berks County native, was a four year starter and All-Conference selection at Muhlenberg High School. After graduating from Muhlenberg, Nguyen continued his playing career at Penn State University, where he played for two seasons. When not coaching the Lions, Nguyen coaches premier teams who is a part of the ACFC Soccer Academy. Nguyen also serves as Director of Soccer and Executive Director of ACFC Soccer Academy, and currently holds a United States Soccer Federation (USSF) coaching licenses, as well a NSCAA diploma. With over 25 years of coaching experience. Nguyen has helped to develop players who has gone on to some of the top Division I , II, and III colleges.

CAMP DESCRIPTION The purpose of camp is to provide excellent training for all high school age students at the college level. The camp allows you to train in an excellent college athletic environment with college coaches and players. The camp also helps identify players who are interested in Albright College.
