Our favourite time of the year is coming up soon! Clubs Week is happening Sept 18-22 in MacHall. This is a great opportunity to showcase your club, get new members, and recruit some Jr Executives to ensure your club’s longevity! Make sure to check out the Clubs Week map and register your club for a table online today! Your Clubs Committee will be coming around during Clubs Week to get your opinion on important club issues! Chat with them and fill out an Executive Active Feedback questionnaire to let your voice be heard. Drop your Executive Active Feedback questionnaire off at the SU booth by 4pm for a chance to win daily prizes for your club!
Mandatory ClubHub 101 and 201 ClubHub 101: For new club execs or those who need a refresher (Sept 26-28) ClubHub 201: For experienced club execs who already know the basics (Sept 29) In addition to ClubHub 101, there is now also a ClubHub 201! Both will be held at 10am and 1pm in Cassio. It’s still mandatory for at least two club executives to attend a ClubHub information session, but you can choose if you’d like to attend the 101 session or the 201 session. Is your club on the Foothills Campus? No need to come to the main campus, we have a session just for you! Make sure to check out the ClubHub 101 Foothills Edition.
Clubs East Renovations You asked for space, and we are working hard The Clubs East (a.k.a. Clubs Basement) renovations allow the space to have 135 lockers and cages and more tri-fold storage. We’re working hard to complete renovations and we’re super excited for the finished product. Check Facebook and Twitter for the latest updates!
Say Hello to Your New ASO! Your Clubs Office has welcomed a new ASO! Drop by and say hello to Charlotte. She’ll be helping your CSO take care of event requests and answer your pressing club-related questions. We appreciate your patience while we get oriented!
Get Out the Vote

The municipal election is Oct 16 and the student vote has never mattered more! Pick up your Get Out the Vote pledge packages beginning on Sept 11 in the main SU Office. The club that collects the most pledges by Sept 29 will have a chance to win cash prizes for their club! Plus, everyone who pledges to vote is entered to win a MacBook Air. More info available here.
